Smoking and heart disease? Most people associate cigarette smoking with breathing problems and lung cancer. But did you know that smoking is also a major cause of heart disease for men and women?
About 20% of all deaths from heart disease in the U.S. are directly related to cigarette smoking. That's because smoking is a major cause of heart attack.
When evaluating the increased energy levels derived from exercising, we must keep in mind what was normal for us. It is unlikely that the normally low-energy people will reach the same level of energy as those who are normally high-energy. However, consistent exercising will help increase energy levels for all participants no matter where our normal levels are.
We all have stress in our lives. It can be in the form of inconveniences, chronic problems or major life issues and events. Stress can come from long lines at the store or from the demands at home or work. We can also be stressed by the loss of a loved one or by holding deep resentment against someone.
